Inline check valve
The check valve is forced open when the
cracking pressure is reached, allowing oil to
flow in one direction and prevent flow in the
reverse direction.
It operates only in 2WD.
This is located near the 2WD/3WD
changeover valve.
Steering cylinder
According to the orbitrol operation that is
activated depending on the steering
operation, the flow of the fluid from the
hydraulic pump is changed to steer the
vehicle to the left or right.
This is located between the rear wheel arm
and frame section.
Filler neck breather
While hydraulic mechanisms are functioning,
the oil level is regularly raised and lowered.
In addition, due to atmospheric pressure
fluctuations as well as the temperature, air is
flowing in and out of the hydraulic tank.
Therefore, the vent at the top of the hydraulic
tank has an air breather so fresh air can flow
in.
This is located in the oil spout of the tank.
Wheel motor 2-200BS4S
This converts the fluid energy from the pump
to mechanical energy (rotary motion) in order
to directly drive the wheel.
This is located at the rear wheels.
Stop valve
This valve stops the flow of oil with a manual
lever.
It is used to prevent mower units from falling.
This is located near the stack valve on the
right side of the seat.
Slow return valve
This valve controls the flow by changing the
size of the aperture in the hydraulic circuit
and control the speed of the actuator
(hydraulic cylinder).
Stack valve
This is composed of the reel unit up/down
valve and reel motor rotation valve.
The up/down valve raises and lowers the
reel unit by lever.
The reel motor rotation valve is controlled
with the reel rotation switch "ON" and "OFF"
and the reel reverse switch "ON" and "OFF."
This is located to the right side of the seat.

Gear motor
This is located in each unit to rotate the reel
cutter. This converts the fluid energy from
the pump to mechanical energy (rotation
motion) by using two gears.
Up/down cylinder
This converts the fluid energy from the pump
to mechanical energy (reciprocating motion)
in order to raise and lower the mower unit.
One cylinder raises and lowers two front
mower units.
This is located under the front hood.
For the rear mower, it is located on the rear
mower unit arm.
Hydraulic oil filter
The cartridge filter removes dirt, dust, and
the like in the outgoing fluid.
This fulfills an essential role since elements
that could cause major problems may be
circulated if there was no filter.
This is located under the left side of the front
hood.
Oil cooler
This cooler cools the heated oil.
This is located under the right side of the
front hood, in front of the radiator.
