Maintenance

Replacing the Lamp

1. Open the door on the right hand side of the

spectrophotometer. Push and twist counter-
clockwise to remove the lamp from the holder.

2. Insert the new lamp into the socket and care-

fully rotate clockwise until it locks into position.

3. Carefully wipe fingerprints off the lamp with a

small tissue.

4. Proceed to Realigning the Lamp.

Realigning the Lamp

It is necessary to realign the light bulb after each
transportation or replacement.

2. Wait approximately one minute and the display
