Power Up Considerations
To switch between 120V AC and 230V AC all that is required is
to
unplug the selector plug and turn it around
, the plug is in the
230V position.
The voltage selector plug resides behind the two supply wires
that are disconnected. To switch between 120V AC and 230V AC
all that is required is to
unplug the selector plug and turn it
around
(through 180
0
) then re-insert it back into the pins. Each side
of the plug has a voltage rating written on it,
which ever side is
facing outwards is the voltage that has been selected
.
The voltage selector plug resides on the lower of the two slide
out circuit boards. Slide out the lower board by first releasing any
snagging wires (note : those secured by the indicated wire clamping
clips,) and then disconnecting from the board the first two left side
power supply wire plugs. It is only necessary to slide out the board
a couple of centimeters to expose the voltage selector plug.
It is necessary to remove the metal cover plate behind which the
voltage selector plug sits. To achieve this remove the seven fixing
screws and carefully slide the plate to the left slightly to release and
then pull clear.
