Send all the used bytes in the EEPROM to the PC (168 bytes)
PC to RCVDS :

RCVDS to PC : ACK
ADR 72H FFH FFH FFH FFH CHKS
then 168 bytes (block) are sent
CHKS after the 168 bytes.
Block returned :1st byte = data addr 0 EEPROM
2 nd byte = data addr 1 EEPROM
....
168st byte = data addr 167 EEPROM

address 0) contains the tint of source 2.
