Same format as COLOR BRIGHTNESS SETTING.
but send cmd is “TIU”, “TID”, “TIN” and return cmd is “TIN=”.
This function is for only COMPONENT,S-VIDEO,AV. This function can’t adjust at PC and DVI(fixed
to 50).

0~100, Default value = 50)
Same format as COLOR BRIGHTNESS SETTING.
