How to install the LVDS interface?

1. Plug in the connectors:

-

J2: coming from J200 on the desktop input

-

J3: coming from J201 on the desktop input

2. Plug in the board-to-board connector of the LVDS interface into the connector on the PMP

Note:

In this picture the input module has been removed but this is not needed to remove the LVDS interface.

3. Fix the LVDS interface using bolts and nuts

4. Flip back the preformatter unit to its original position

5. Lift the preformatter unit a bit and plug in the following connectors:

-

J100, J101, J102 on the preformatter: data from the PMP

-

J11on the preformatter: power supply from the power box

-

J410 on the PMP: commands from the local keypad

-

J13 on the PMP: commands from the IR receiver

6. Fix the preformatter unit to the input module using four screws
