two fi rst digits (e.g. 00): major revision
- second pair of digits (e.g. 10): minor revision
- last four digits (e.g. 0001): build number
Necessary tools
• ethernet connection to the projector
• latest projector software version (= upgrade tool)
How to upgrade the projector?
1. Download the latest projector software version from the PartnerZone or from the Barco intranet
2. Save this upgrade fi le on a computer which can be connected to the same (local) network as the projector
3. Make sure that the projector is in standby or in active state
4. Connect the computer to the local network in which the projector is included
5. Double click the upgrade tool
6. Enter the projector’s IP address or host name (see LCD module on the projector) and hit OK

7. Compare the version of the downloaded upgrade tool to the actual installed version

8. If the downloaded upgrade tool is a newer version than the installed software version, hit Yes
9. The progression details of the upgrade can be seen in the window
