8. Packaging instructions
Introduction
This procedure describes how to pack the display from the service
department to another location, e.g., to an MIS service hub.
To perform this procedure, be sure to use the original parts from the
packaging of the display.
To pack the display properly:
1. Take the empty accessory box.
2. If necessary, put the power and signal cables in a plastic bag. Put
the cables in the largest compartment of the accessory box.
3. Remove the rear cover of the display foot. Wrap it in protective
foam.
Leaving the cover on the foot could result in damage to the cover.
4. Put the wrapped foot cover on the cables in the largest compart-
ment of the accessory box.
