What to do when the pressure cooker is not working correctly:
In case of any defect immediately take the pressure cooker off the heat source, after it has cools down, check every and each part
of the pressure cooker.
In case there is no steam escaping from the pressure cooker after reaching of the boiling point, take the pressure cooker off the
heat source and after cooling down check that the valve is not clogged.
Ad A) Stainless steel dishes - principles of use.
Dear customer, ou have bought dishes, which is produced form high quality stainless steel, this material is commonly used e.g. in
hospitals.
It can be use with electric cookers, ceramic hob, etc unless written otherwise in the instructions.
Pressure cooker is suitable for cooking and for stewing.
Principles in the treatment of stainless steel cookware
Before and after every single use wash the cookware with liquid detergent and dry immediately.
Never use for cleaning detergent based on sand (liquid sand), sharp objects or wire wool!!!!
If you live in area with hard water make sure not to leave the content of the pot to cool down.
The water will make on the bottom not nice brown spots which are very hard to clean.
Any marks caused by the drying water can be cleaned by vinegar or lemon, or special detergents used for stainless steel cookwa-
re.
Make sure that you do not over heat the pot!
All the times use the correct size of the heat source.
The size should be same or smaller as the bottom of the pressure cooker.
In case of overheating on the bottom of the pressure cooker can be visible light blue eventually gold or brown marks.
Cook every time in totally clean dishes, only this way you will keep the perfect looks of the cookware.
In case of burned food on the cookware do not remove it with sharp tools or wire-wool, only leave to soak off.
Ad B) Manipulation
1) Open a blank pressure cooker prior to cooking:
First, set the lever to the unlock position (opposite position than closed).
In the release position of the lid is loose and saggy enough and can be seamlessly from the pot removed
Before the first use, wash the pressure cooker and all of the parts with warm water with liquid detergent
and wipe dry.
2) Filling:
Do not fill the pressure cooker more the 2/3 of its volume.
3) Closing:
Before seating the lid, check that the valves is not clogged.
Then flip the lever to the unlock position, it is in the opposite position than closed. In the release position
of the lid is loose and saggy enough and you can paste it into the pot. Push the leaver gently down and this
will straighten the lid and seal the pressure cooker. Check carefully that the lid is sealed all the way around.
4) Notice:
Check the safety valve, pull the knob gently..
The valve has to be easily lifted.
Push on the leaver of the working valve.
The leaver has to spring and come back easily.
5) Beginning of cooking:
At the beginning of cooking use the highest temperature of your stove.
The working valve has to be in the vertical position, until you can hear the whistling sound of the escaping
steam.
6) Cooking:
When the steam starts to escape, put the working valve to the horizontal position and lower the heat.
7) Checking through the cooking:
Check that the operating valve is functioning push lightly on the lever control valve to see if the steam out
deleted
8) Opening pot still under pressure after the completion of cooking:
Wait a while until the pot cools down a bit, then work the lever on the valve lift in a vertical position so that
the internal pressure in the pot and drain completely dropped out a few (wait until all the steam escapes).
When all the steam escapes (internal pressure completely drops) is only possible to open the pressure
cooker. The pressure cooker cannot be opened by force !
