TECHNICAL FEATURES
CHARACTERISTICS / FUNCTIONS
Able to recharge lead batteries max 7 A/h.
Red led Ø 5 mm. (D6) to signal main line presence (24Vac).
Bicolor led red and green (D9-D12) to signal battery status.
(GREEN = charged battery; RED = exhausted battery or backup battery charger failure).
Yellow led (D7) to signal low battery.
Continuos check for battery status. During battery operations an acustic signal sinchronized with the flashing light will
be present. When the batteries will be almost exhausted, after an opening command the gate opens and still remains
open. If the batteries status is too low the gate will not open.

FINAL CHECKS AND TESTING
Before powering the control board check the electrical connections: improper connection may cause damage to the
control board and the operator.
POWER THE DEVICE
If main line is present (24Vac) the red led D6 turns on and the control board will be immediately enable.
If the control board is installed without the presence of main line (red led D6 off), will be necessary to push the SW1
button for some seconds to activate the control board. The red led D12 will immediately turn on and after some
seconds will turn on the yellow led or the green one; at the same time the red led will turn off.
The red led D12 shows a control board failure: if it remains on for a long time you must check the right connections of
control board or replace it.

1. Check that the green led D9 turns on showing full battery.
(the led is on even if 24Vac is present and without batteries, showing correct value of charging voltage).
Check, in other way, that the yellow led D7 turns on showing low batteries.
2. Wait for the battery recharge: this action is pointed out by green led that switch to on, and by yellow led that switch
to off in the same time.
RED LED D6
GREEN LED D9 (bicolor)
STATUS ON
Shows the presence of power supply 24Vac
With batteries connected it shows maximum charge.
Without batteries it shows right value of charging
voltage
YELLOW LED D7
RED LED D12 (bicolor)
With motor stopped it shows low batteries.
While motor is running, the led may turning on
because is linked to the current absorption of the
motor and it doesn't means any failure of the
control board.
EMERGENCY. It shows charging voltage is too
much high.
