Warning and error screens
Negative process result
repeatedly on the same chan-
nel or on all channels
• Instruments not covered
with sufficient sonication
fluid
• Hose couplings not con-
nected correctly
• Hose set clogged, rinsing
circuit of TRISON Base is
clogged
• Fill with water up to filling
level mark and top up with
a suitable ultrasound
preparation, see chapter
5.1.2 Pour in the sonica-
tion fluid
• Loosen hose couplings
and reconnect
• Connect instruments to
other positions. If the
result is negative again,
the instrument is clogged.
• Use a new hose set, see
chapter 9 Accessories
• Contact manufacturer, see
chapter 6.5 Repair
Unsatisfactory cleaning results • Sonication fluid not
degassed
• Unsuitable cleaning agent
• Instruments stored for
too long in contaminated
state
• Degas the sonication fluid,
see chapter 5.1.3 Degas
the sonication fluid
• Repeat cleaning with a
suitable cleaning agent
• Clean robotic instruments
or MIS instruments again,
extend sonication time for
standard instruments
Warning screen Reasons Measures
Ongoing process was inter-
rupted
• BACK cancels the inter-
ruption
• OK cancels the process.
After cancelling, the
startup screen is dis-
played.
Temperature of the sonication
fluid above 45 °C. Protein
coagulates at this tempera-
ture.
• Allow the sonication fluid
to cool down or replace it
• Abort cancels the pro-
cess. After cancelling, the
startup screen is dis-
played.
• OK resumes the process.
