BURNER CONNECTION TO THE BOILER

ASSEMBLING THE HEAD UNIT

•

Position insulating seal -13 on the sleeve, placing rope -2

between the flange and the seal.

• Adjust the connection flange -19 position loosening the screws

-6. The burner head must penetrate to the extent requested by

the generator manufacturer.

•

Fasten the burner -18 to the boiler -1 with the stud bolts, wa-

shers and nuts provided -7.

DANGER / CAUTION

Completely seal the gap between the burner sleeve and

the hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with

suitable material.

ASSEMBLING THE GAS TRAIN

The EN 676 approved gas train is sold separately from the burner.

The gas train can be assembled in different ways: -8 and (8a).
