BURNER CONNECTION TO THE

BOILER

ASSEMBLING THE HEAD UNIT

Check that combustion head penetrates the combustion chamber

by the measure requested by the manufacturer of the boiler.

Before installing the burner to the boiler, make sure that the nozzle

is adjusted to the power required.

For the handling of the burner, it is recommended to use a suitable

hoisting equipment to be anchored to the eyebolts.

Anchor the burner to the boiler as follows:

•

Place the two insulating seals on the burner fastening flange

-25 -13

•

Anchor the boiler fastening flange -25 to the boiler flange -1 with

the stud bolts, washers and nuts provided -7.

DANGER / CAUTION

Completely seal the gap between the burner sleeve and

the hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with

suitable material.

ASSEMBLING THE GAS TRAIN

The EN 676 approved gas train is sold separately from the burner.

The gas train can be assembled in different ways: -8 and (8a).

Choose the most rational position for the set-up of the boiler room

and the position in which the gas pipeline arrives.
