BURNER CONNECTION TO THE BOILER
For burner handling, use certified chains or ropes suitable for the bur -
ner weight using the anchoring points (21).
Use the specific chains or ropes connected to the respective eyebolts
and slots (21) of the burner.
• If the iron plate is not thermally insulated, it is necessary to fit pro -
tective insulation between the iron plate and the boiler that is at least
10 mm thick.
• The boiler plate (1) must be realized as indicated in our drawing and
have a minimum thickness of 10 mm to prevent warping.
• The burner is fitted with a fixed fastening flange. Therefore, verify
that the head can penetrate to the extent indicated by the boiler ma -
nufacturer.
• The burner should be mounted on the boiler plate (1) where the
provided stud bolts should already have been placed.
• It is advisable to electrically weld the bolts from the internal part of
the plate to avoid removing them together with the fastening nuts if
the burner needs to be disassembled.
• Position the insulating seal on the sleeve (13).
• Connect the burner to the boiler using the appropriate nuts and wa -
shers (7) provided.
CAUTION / WARNINGS
Completely seal the space between the burner sleeve and the
hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with suitable
material.
Use the specific chains or ropes connected to the respective eyebolts
and slots (21) of the burner.
• Connect the burner to the liquid fuel pipes as indicated in the specific
hydraulic diagram.
