Troubleshooting

No gas pressure and
/ or gas flow to the
solenoid
Ensure that the gas supply
to the cylinder is turned
on. Make sure that the gas
cylinder is full / "unfrozen"
6. Solenoid closed
Solenoid closed Check the
solenoid of the valve and
its connections. Adjust or
replace if necessary. Check
the thermostat
7.
The electrode is not
adjusted or defective
Check and adjust according
to scheme 1 or 2. Replace if
necessary
8.
The inlet / outlet or
internal parts of the
pipeline are dirty or
partially blocked
Check and clean if
necessary
9.
The thermostat
switches on and
turns off the gas
heater
Check and replace the
thermostat if necessary
10.
The gas valve or
thermocouple is
defective
Check and replace if
necessary (Make sure the
gas valve button is pressed
for 30 seconds after ignition)
11.
The thermocouple
is not correctly
adjusted
Check the thermocouple.
Adjust according to scheme
1 if necessary
12. The pressure
regulator is defective
Check and replace if
necessary
13. Leak in the gas
supply line
Immediately close the
gas supply in the cylinder.
Check all connections in
the supply line for leaks.
(Use a soapy solution to
determine the presence of
leaks DO NOT USE OPEN
FLAME!)
