Check gas tightness
Check the tightness of the gas hose and all con-
nections in the gas supply line. Propane has a
characteristic odor, which makes it easy and
timely to detect a leak. If you find a leak, you must
isolate the open fire and close the gas cylinder
valve. Do not check for leaks using open flames.
Detect leaks only by smell. In order to confirm the
presence of a leak, lather the intended leakage lo-
cation with soap suds. Seal all threaded connec-
tions in the gas supply line using special Loctite
577 sealer.
