Remove

•Two bolts clutch cable
support.
•Cable clutch shaft clutch
releaser.
•Hook bolts clutch cover (2
units)

Remove

•10 cover bolts clutch wrench 8
mm
and remove the cover

•Ensure that the piston is at TDC, by aligning the input gear with the
mark on the crankcase.

•Ensures that the marking T on the sprocket of the camshaft is up.

Confirmation that the piston is at TDC:

Remove

•Bolt insert crankcase.

Note:If the tool to lock the crankshaft fits, then the piston is at TDC.
