MODULE ADDRESS SWITCH (S2) SETTINGS
The module address switch sets the hardware operating states
(run modes or diagnostic modes) and module address of the
LMM. Figure
shows the location of S2. During normal oper-
ation, dipswitch positions 1 through 3 set the run mode and
positions 4 through 8 set the module address as shown in Fig-
ure
. Refer to the troubleshooting section for the diagnostics
settings.
NOTE: For INFI 90 dipswitches, OPEN or OFF have the same
meaning.
Run Mode Setting
Table
shows the run modes that can be set with dipswitch
positions 1 through 3. Determine the requirements for the
application and set the switches accordingly. The run modes
are:
Normal
Normal mode designates normal operation.
