Anchoring Instructions

Phase 30

Phase Notes

• Assemble with hardware as shown.
• FAILURE TO USE STAKES CAN VOID
WARRANTY & CAUSE INJURY!

Parts needed:

• (6) KC - METAL GROUND STAKE BROWN - A100178
• (2) DP - SWING SEAT GREEN - A100027
• (4) EZ - CHAIN GREEN 51.25" - A100068

Hardware needed:

• (6) KS - NUT BARREL 1/4x5/8 - H100136
• (12) CE - WASHER FLAT 9x18 - H100106
• (6) KW - WASHER LOCK EXT 8x15 - H100139
• (6) KT - BOLT WH 1/4x1 - H100137

Step 1: Position playset in permanent
location and secure to ground.
Measure in 4" from Upright Legs and
4" from inside of 'K1' Base boards
and mark ground. This should allow
enough space to twist  Stakes 'KC'
into ground using screwdriver for
leverage.

Twist Stakes until eye is
approximately 3" from ground
surface. Using eye in Stake as guide,
drill thru Ground Boards 'K1' with 3/8"
drill bit  and attach 'KC' Stakes with
'KT' Bolts, 'KW' Lock Washers, 'CE'
Flat Washers and 'KS' Barrel Nuts, as
shown.

Now measure in  6" from outside
Swing Beam Ground Board 'H80' and
mark ground. Twist Stakes until eye is
approximately 3" from ground
surface. Using eye in stake as guide
drill thru Swing Beam Ground Board
with 3/8" drill bit and attach 'KC'
Stakes with 'KT' Bolts, 'KW' Lock
Washers, 'CE' Flat Washers and 'KS'
Barrel Nuts, as shown.

Step 2: Attach Swing Seats 'DP' to
swing beam using Quick Clip 'FA' and
Chain 'EZ'.

*Stakes should be placed in concrete*

Final Step: Double check and make sure
every bolt, screw and nut is tight. Make
sure every board is secure. Make sure
the fort is level and enjoy your swing set.
