Daily maintenance

6.5.1

Cleaning the machine at the end of each work shift

STEP

DESCRIPTION

Remove

chips

•

Remove all chips and other machining scraps. Remove chips using a
suitable industrial vacuum.

Clean the

machine

•

Do not clean the machine using compressed air as the machining chips
may penetrate between the movement gears compromising machine
operation.

When cleaning the machine, wear the following PPE:

Clean the

components

Clean the machine components thoroughly, removing all grease and dirt
deposits.
