PCD Hood Assembly 
(PFi Only)

Bracket Mounted Assembly

Discharge Attenuation

Discharge Sound Attenuation (Optional on PFi Only)

1.  Verify the mounting frame and clips are factory installed as shown in

 Figure 25

.

2.  Lower the attenuator into position by aligning the bolt holes on the attenuator with the 

pre-existing bolt holes on the mounting clips.  Be sure to follow the minimum height 
restrictions H found in 

Table 4

 between the top of the discharge sound attenuation 

and the apex of the crane cables supporting the load.

3.  Secure the attenuator using the bolts provided.
