Unfasten the leg straps if they are being used. Unfasten the head
support buckles. Loosen the shoulder straps and unfasten the safety
buckles on one or both sides. Remove your child.
Fold down the head support. Start by gripping the buckle for
the head support adjustment and pulling it down as far as
possible (you may need to loosen the strap if it is too tight).
Fold down the head support. Tighten the strap to keep the
head support folded down.
We recommend that you carry your child facing inwards in
the baby carrier until they are at least five months old. Around
that age, your child’s neck, back and hips will be strong
enough for you to be able to alternate between the facing-in
and facing-out positions. Max. weight for the facing-out
position is 26 lbs (12 kg).
How to carry your child in the facing-out position
The width of the baby carrier’s seat – and thereby the child’s leg position – can be adjusted with the help
of the zippers on the outside of the baby carrier.
When you carry your child in the facing-in position, open the zippers enough to allow the child to move
their lower legs freely while keeping their knees in a high position. The zippers can be locked in any posi-
tion. When you carry your child in the facing-out position, the zippers should be completely open. When
you carry your child on your back, the zippers should always be completely closed.
