Limited Warranty

This product is warranted by Babyation to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Warranty can only be claimed in the
country of purchase. In the event of a defect, Babyation will repair or, at Babyation’s option, replace the
product without charge for the replacement product, parts or labor. The warranty on the replacement
parts or product will expire one year from the original purchase date.
This warranty does not apply to any product that has been used commercially, subjected to misuse,
abuse, or alteration. Washing the tubes can let liquids into the pump motor, which will void the
warranty.
If you wish to make a warranty claim please call Babyation at 844-744-PUMP (7867) to receive a return
authorization number. Please have the date of purchase and serial number available at the time of the
call. The serial number can be found in the Babyation companion app or on the bottom of the
pump. Once the return has been accepted, a prepaid mailing label will be mailed or emailed to you.
Send the breast pump and all accessories as purchased together with your proof of purchase (or bill of
sale) using the prepaid mailing address. Make sure to include the return authorization number on the
shipping label.

The Babyation breast pump system has been verified by an independent test institute for compliance
with the EN/IEC 60601-1 standard for electronic medical devices. Copies of these certificates are
available upon request.

authorization number.
