If there’s still no milk expression after 2 consecutive pumping
sessions, consult with your healthcare professional.
If user experiences pain or discomfort Decrease suction level.
Stop pumping.

If the app cannot connect to pump or
pump does not respond to app

Confirm phone connectivity (not in “airplane mode” and
Bluetooth is enabled).
Reset phone, as needed. (Yes, “turning it off and back on” is a
real troubleshooting technique.)
Turn off or move away from other nearby wireless devices.
Use the manual controls on the pump enclosure.
If the battery is not charging properly If plugged into the wall, confirm that the wall socket has
power.
If the battery still does not charge, call Babyation customer

If the breast pump exterior gets wet
or submerged in water
Stop use of pump immediately and call Babyation customer
