Changing phases
Babyation’s breast pump will automatically change from the stimulation phase (stimulates the milk flow
or “letdown”) to the expression phase (when milk begins to flow) after the pump has been on for 2
minutes. If you’d like to change the phase yourself, you can do so either from the pump enclosure or
from your smartphone.
To change it on the enclosure, turn the adjustable knob to the selection in the display screen that says
“letdown.” Push the knob to make the “letdown” selection and the display box will show the expression
phase. When the “letdown” button is dark blue, you will know it’s in the expression phase.
To change the phase using the app, push the “letdown” button on your screen. The phase you’re in will
be reflected under “pump phase.”
