Once you’ve gotten everything assembled, you’re ready to begin pumping!

Breast shield placement

Place the breast shield centered over the nipple.

Inserting the breast shield into the molded pad

The accompanying pad can be used to maximize discretion. This optional pad can then go into whatever
bra you’re wearing for hands-free pumping. Or, if you want to hold the breast shields on your body the
whole time, that’s okay too. Do what works best for you.
