4. Facing the Car Seat, lift the Fold Lock
Levers and pull the back of the Car Seat
gently forward. (Fig 54-1)
5. Slip harness out from under tabs
(Fig 54-2) and pull the harness
strap out of the seat. Return the
seat back to its locked position.
12.1.1 Remove Built-in Safety Harness
1. Release Harness Buckle and open
chest clip. (Fig 53-1)
2. On back of Car Seat, disconnect shoulder
straps from Harness Connector Plates.

3. Pull the harness straps through the front
of the seat. (Fig. 53-3)
