10.5 Adjusting the Head Support
The Head Support on this Car Seat is designed to provide maximum
lateral head protection. Never remove the Head support from the
Back Support. The Head Support can be moved up or down through
a series of positions.
To adjust head support:
• Hold firmly on the top of the Back
Support and pull or push on the Head
Support to raise or lower the Head
Support until the Head Support moves
into the desired position to fit your child.
10.6 Assembly and Removal of vehicle
Shoulder Belt Positioner
To attach vehicle Shoulder Belt Positioner:
• From front of car seat, thread plastic anchor
of Shoulder Belt Positioner between Back
Support and Seat Base to back of Car Seat.
- Slide
the
Metal Harness Retainer
through the harness slot opening
in the Back Support.
- Pull
the
Metal Harness Retainer through
the Back Support, position the Metal
Harness
Retainer flat against the back
surface of the Back Support and
pull on the Harness Strap to remove
all
slack.
- Check that the Metal Harness Retainer
is flat against the surface of the
Back
Support.
c. Repeat for other harness strap.
d. Slide top corners of Back Support pad
over the top of the Back Support.
