5. OPERATION of indicator
Initial Start-up
Warm-up time of 15 minutes stabilizes the measured values after switching on.
5.1. Basic Operation
1. Power ON/OFF:
Switch on the balance by pressing the
key.
The display is switched on and the self-test is started. To switch off, press
the key again.
2. Zero
Set the displayed weight to zero any time by pressing
key. Zero
should be set before applying any load.
3. Tare
The tare weight of a container can be set by pressing the
button,
the net weight of the object is now displayed.
Apply tare weight to the hook.
Press
key. Zero is displayed, and tare weight is subtracted.
Remove the container weight. Negative tare weight is now displayed.
Only one tare value can be set.
To clear the tare value, remove the load and press
key. Zero is
displayed, tare weight is cleared.
4. Weighing Operation
Rig the load with adequately load rated rigging equipment.
Slowly raise the load to a safe level, wait few seconds for a stable
display.
Read the result.
Avoid overloading. When display shows

”
reduce the load or
unload.
