Configuring a printer 

At the main screen press and hold the BTEK Logo, Once Red enter 2835 and tap the Printer 
Button on page 11 of 11.

Ticket Page- Configure printers, and ticket formats. 

2.

 

Printer- Configure the printer type and data port settings.  
VKP80III

 Panel mount thermal tape printer. 

EpsonTM295

 Is the type you will want to select for most Epson printers. 

Generic 

–

 Is the type you will want to select if you are not using either of the 

above

Templates- Allows you to add, delete, and modify print formats.  Select 
template, then the paper with pencil to modify the format.

Example of editing the ticket format, use a usb keyboard or pop-up screen 
keyboard.

Configure Header / Footer Button 

–

 This will take you to the CONFIGURE 

HEADER page where you can customize what appears on top or bottom of 
your printed tickets.

Copies Button 

–

 This will take you to the Ticket Copies page where you can set 

the number of copies.
