Lower the cutter block down over the spindle arbor making
sure the description of the block is on top, see fig 14-15.

Replace the bolt (a) and tighten using the 24mm spanner.

Adjust the fences as close to the cutter block as possible but
not too close that it come into contact with the cutter.
