Setting the fan speed

 Fig. 13

The oven has two different fan/motor speeds.

 -

Max:

Without pressing any buttons, the motor runs at

maximum speed. This speed is used for most cooking cycles.

 -

Min:

By pressing the fan/motor speed button, the motor slows

to minimum speed. This speed is used mainly for delicate foods
such as pastry.

To adjust the fan speed, press the speed button and enter the
desired option: “min” which you will see appear on the display, or
maximum speed, which does not show on the display.

G

Automatic cooling

This is useful if, when a cooking cycle ends, you want to run an-
other cycle at a lower temperature, or if you need to clean the
oven cavity, either manually or using one of the automatic cook-
ing programs.

 Fig. 14

To reduce the oven temperature automatically:

press the temperature button

set the desired temperature

confirm using the encoder.

The oven automatically starts the fans and begins cooling the
oven. This function also works with the door open: this allows you
to reduce the temperature very quickly.
