Adjusting the steam/humidity

Press the humidification button.

Set the desired steam percentage using the encoder knob.
The value can be set to between 0 and 10. The table below
shows the corresponding percentages:

10 100%
Each value represents the percentage of humidity inside the
cooking cavity.

Humidification button
This is used to activate the steam emission function for the time
the button is held pressed. The steam light switches on both
when the steam button is pressed and when the humidification
settings (steam % adjustment) require steam emission to main-
tain the required internal humidity percentage.

Press the Flue button to open or close the flue (when the flue
light is on, the flue is open; when the flue light is off, the flue is
closed).
