Carriage and Paper Jams Carriage and Paper Jams

Carriage or paper jam Turn the printer off.
Open the cover. Push the printhead carriage
away from the paper jam. Remove any jammed
paper or other obstructions.
Reload the paper if necessary, and then close the
cover.
Turn the printer back on.
Press the Paper Feed button to make sure the
paper is no longer jammed.
