TROUBLESHOOTING
General
1.
Turn the CAP100 off and on again (disable USB cable and connect it again) and check if the
problem persists.
2.
If it does, contact Avonic.
Power Issues
No connectivity to third party video software and no power LED:
1.
Check the net power.
2.
Check the power supply.
Third party software issues
No appearance of the CAP100 in third party software:
1.
Check if the USB cable is attached to your computer.
2.
Check if the HMDI cable is attached to your camera.
Abnormal Image:
1.
Check third party software and camera settings. For a clear picture it is recommend to use the same
video format and frame rate as in the camera settings.
2.
Make sure that the USB cable is connected to an USB3.0 port of your computer.
