MCU (8051) Firmware

To update the MCU (8051) firmware, perform the following steps:

Run the Phoenix-G software by double-clicking the “Phoenix-G-V31x.exe”
file. Click

Others

when the following screen appears.

When the following screen appears, select

CB (RS232 / IP)

and on the

Style

drop-down menu, select

MCC8001U-MCU (8051)

Select the COM port number you are using to connect the MCC-8001U to
the computer from the

COM

drop-down menu.

Click the

Browse

button to specify the location of the firmware file and

select “AT-MCC8001-MCU.hex.”

Push the number

dip switch located on the MCC-8001U rear panel

downward to the

position.
