Upload fax data
After setting up desired fax data on the “One-Touch”, “Speed Dial”, or “Group Dial” active
area, click the “Upload” button on the Fax PhoneBook screen to transfer the fax data to
the product memory from the Fax PhoneBook screen .
Download fax data
Click the “Download” button on the Fax PhoneBook screen to transfer the fax data back
to the Fax PhoneBook screen from the product memory.
