PARTIE 9 – GARANTIE LIMITÉE
Si
l'une des pièces a été remplacée par l'utilisateur, endommagée ou mal utilisée, la garantie correspondante est annulée sur
ces pièces. Dans ce cas, nous vous informerons du coût des pièces de rechange et du travail de réparation.
Si
un défaut de fabrication avéré est détecté au cours de la période de garantie, nous acceptons de réparer ou de remplacer,
au choix, tout produit sous garantie à condition que vous puissiez fournir une preuve d'achat adéquate.
Cette
garantie limitée n'est pas valide si le produit est utilisé à des fins commerciales ou si les dommages sont causés par un
accident, une catastrophe naturelle, une mauvaise utilisation, une négligence ou un abus, du vandalisme, un usage inadapté
de produits chimiques, une exposition à des conditions météorologiques extrêmes ou une négligence lors de l'installation ou
le démontage du produit.

ne pouvons être tenus responsables des coûts d'installation, de main-d'œuvre ou de transport engagés par le rem

placement des pièces défectueuses. Cette garantie limitée ne couvre pas non plus les modifications non autorisées sur le

• La piscine a pris une forme ovale,
rectangulaire ou « ovoïde ».
• La piscine semble être inclinée
d'un côté ou la profondeur de l'eau
de la piscine n'est pas uniforme.
• Les plis au fond du liner n'ont pas
été suffisamment lissés avant le
remplissage.
• Les parois latérales n'ont pas
été correctement « tirées » lors du
remplissage de la piscine, ce qui
fait que la circonférence de l'anneau
supérieur se trouve à l'extérieur des
parois latérales de la piscine.
• La piscine repose sur un terrain
bosselé ou en pente.
• Videz la piscine jusqu'à une profondeur de 2
cm d'eau, puis lissez autant de plis que possible.
• Videz la piscine jusqu'à une profondeur de
2 cm, puis tirez les parois latérales jusqu'à ce
qu'elles se trouvent à l'extérieur de la circon-
férence de l'anneau supérieur.
• Veillez à ce que le sol sous la piscine soit très
plat, plan et exempt de tout monticule de terre.
EAU
COLORÉE
• L'eau devient bleue, marron ou
noire lorsqu'elle est traitée au chlore
pour la première fois.
• Le chlore oxyde les minéraux
présents dans votre eau. Cela se
produit souvent avec de l'eau prove-
nant de différentes sources.
• Ajustez le pH au niveau recommandé.
• Faites fonctionner le filtre jusqu'à ce que l'eau
soit claire.
• Nettoyez régulièrement la cartouche.
PARTICULES EN
SUSPENSION
DANS L'EAU
• L'eau semble « laiteuse » ou
trouble.
• « Eau dure » causée par un pH
élevé.
• La chloration n'est pas adaptée.
• Résidus étrangers dans l'eau.
• Les baigneurs ne nettoient pas
leurs pieds avant d'entrer dans la
piscine.
• Ajustez le pH. Renseignez-vous auprès d'un
revendeur de produits pour piscines pour con-
naître le traitement correct de l'eau.
• Veillez à ce que le niveau de chlore soit cor-
rect.
• Nettoyez ou remplacez le filtre.
• Retirez la saleté avec un jet d'eau haute pres-
sion avant de pénétrer dans la piscine.
FAIBLE NIVEAU

• La piscine semble perdre de l'eau
au quotidien.
• Déchirure ou trou dans le liner de
la piscine.
• Déchirure ou trou dans le tuyau de
la pompe à filtre.
• Les colliers de serrage sont
desserrés.
• Évaporation due aux températures
élevées de l'été.
• Repérez les dégâts et réparez-les avec le kit
de réparation inclus.
• Réparez ou remplacez les tuyaux.
• Serrez tous les colliers de serrage.
• Gardez la piscine couverte lorsqu'elle n'est pas
utilisée.
ALGUES
• L'eau a une teinte verdâtre.
• Des tâches vertes, brunes ou
noires apparaissent sur le liner de
la piscine.
• Le fond de la piscine est glissant
et/ou une odeur désagréable est
ressentie.
• Des algues sont présentes.
• Appliquez un traitement de « choc » (super
chlorateur). Contrôlez le pH et ajustez-le à un
niveau approprié comme conseillé par votre
revendeur local de produits pour piscines.
• Aspirez ou frottez légèrement le liner de la
piscine.
• Testez souvent l'eau pour maintenir un niveau
de chlore adapté.
L'EAU
DE LA PISCINE
EST FROIDE
• L'eau ne chauffe pas à une
température confortable pour la
baignade.
• La piscine a été installée dans une
zone excessivement ombragée ou
arborée.
• La chaleur s'échappe de l'eau de
la piscine.
• Déplacez la piscine vers un endroit plus ouvert
où elle sera exposée au maximum à la lumière
du soleil pendant les heures de pointe.
• Gardez votre piscine couverte lorsqu'elle n'est
pas utilisée.
