Connecting the modem to the HMS 400 server

About this task

A modem is required to enable remote support dial-up access to the HMS 400 server. The
modem enables Avaya technical support personnel to connect to the HMS 400 server for
troubleshooting purposes. Avaya requires that you connect the modem to your server only
when you request technical assistance.
