Configuring Guest Classes of Service
About this task
You can configure up to 20 Guest Classes of Service (CoS). CoS 0 is the default CoS and you
can configure CoS 1 to 20 as VIP classes.
Prerequisites:
• CoS 0 is the default Guest CoS and is for cases when no CoS is specified or assigned for a
room.
Procedure
1. On the

COS Configuration
.
3. On the
Guest Class of Service Configuration
page, in the
COS No
list, select the
CoS number to configure.
