9. Connect an out-of-band cable to the 10Base-T port on the
layer 2 supervisor module front panel or 10/100Base-T port on
the layer 3 supervisor module
front panel (Figure 3-2).
Refer to Table 3-2 for the 10Base-T crossover path cable
pinouts.

After you have connected the out-of-band 10Base-T cable to
the appropriate port on the supervisor front panel, log in to
the switch using a Web browser, as described in “
Logging in to
the Web Agent”, later in this chapter .
