2.2. Connection steps
Note
: IT networks knowledge is necessary to fulfill the following:
1. Connect the lanes to the network:
according to the principle described in the previous chapter,
according to the instructions given in the lane manual (available connector type, location
and setting),
during lane installation (to pass the cables)!
For information:
1.
The master housing of each lane is equipped with a RJ45 Ethernet port

necessary for linking to the supervision panel.

2. Foresee 1 Ethernet link cable per lane, except for 2 SL93x or PPV facing each other and
opening simultaneously, for which both housings must be connected to the supervision
panel.

Connect a PC to PORT 1 of the server (
IP address 192.168.0.1 and subnet mask
