To manually insert the emergency stop footprint

1

In the Schematic Components (current project) dialog box, select: 
PB403  OPSTA3  EMERGENCY STOP, and then click the Manual button.

NOTE 

The Manual button is used when schematic component footprints do 

not have a manufacturer and catalog number defined.

Next, you need to define a catalog assignment for an automatic footprint 
selection.
