In the Properties section, click the Paste Terminal Block Properties button.

The properties you copied from terminal 4 are pasted to terminals 7 and
10. Notice that both terminals are now 3-tiered terminals with level 1
assigned for both.

In the Multi-Level section, click the Associate Terminals button.
