Setting of the limit switching

.

Engage manual operation as described under
clause 5 on page 8.

.

Remove switch compartment cover and, if
installed, pull off indicator disc (figure J1). Open
end spanner (ca. 10 mm) may be used as lever.

8.1 Settings for end position CLOSED (black section)

.

Turn handwheel clockwise until valve is closed.

.

Press down and turn setting spindle A (figure J2) with screw driver (5 mm)
in direction of arrow, thereby observe pointer B. While a ratched is felt
and heard, the pointer B moves 90° every time up to point C.
When pointer B is 90° from point C, continue turning slowly. If pointer B
does not move anymore, stop turning and release setting spindle. In case
of having turned too far, continue turning and approach switching point
anew.

8.2 Settings for end position OPEN (white section)

.

Turn handwheel counter-clockwise until valve is open, then turn back
approximately 1/2 a turn.

.

Press down and turn setting spindle D (figure J3) with screw driver (5
mm) in direction of arrow, thereby observe pointer E. While a ratched is
felt and heard, the pointer E moves 90° every time up to point F.
When pointer R is 90° from point F, continue turning slowly. If pointer E
does not move anymore, stop turning and release setting spindle. In case
of having turned too far, continue turning and approach switching point
anew.
