Call Data

Duration

This column shows how long the recorded call or the call lasted (format
HH:MM:SS).

LCRNo

If an external number was dialled via a phone service provider (manual
dialling or automatic LCR) the dialled provider number is visible in this
column.

External Partner

In this column the external number of the calling partner is displayed.

•

For an outgoing call the dialled number is displayed here.

Note:

In case of private calls the recording of the last three digits can be

disabled. In this case an anonymised phone number is displayed there
(the last three digits are replaced by little stars *** ).

•

For an incoming call this column contains the number presented by the
caller (CLIP information). If the number is unknown

--

is used instead.

Important:

In order for phone numbers for incoming VoIP calls listed in

the call data list to be used for callbacks, they usually need to be
converted (

Evaluation of incoming SIP messages

).

•

For wake-up calls the internal number of the person to be waken will be
displayed.
