Settings – Administration

Service Data

If you want to make the service data available to your specialised dealer 
or to the manufacturer for error analysis, you must make sure that the 
legal requirements are fulfilled.

Proceed as follows:

Using the Configuration Manager

1. Open the page 

Administration > Service data

.

2. Accept the legal notes by entering 

ok

 in the entry field.

3. Click 

Download service data

.

4. Save the file.

Further steps:

The technical departments (Service, Development) use the file to 
diagnose the malfunction.
