Voice mail/fax boxes

VOICE MAIL/FAX BOXES

Select the voice mailbox for which the settings are to be made.

Box settings

Language of the announcements

If several language files have been imported, the language of the announce-
ments can be configured (

Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Basic

settings

Standard

The language file is used that is set under

Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes

> Basic settings

e. g. deutsch - V02.01

The language of the selected language file is used.

Automatic replay of new messages

Note:

This setting does not affect querying the voice mailbox with a

system phone.



All new messages will be replayed automatically without the need for

further inputs and marked as listened to if the voice mailbox is queried or if
message forwarding is used.
