To prevent your own local dialling code, which is entered in the phone book as
is common with mobile phones, from being dialled along with the number, your
telephone can automatically filter this out. For more information, see Chapter
3.12. If you have also entered the numbers with the German country code +49,
this will be recognised by the telephone and the country code will not be dialled
along with the number. With international calls, your telephone automatically
replaces the “+” sign with the code for abroad “0 0”.
4.9.1 Changing stored telephone numbers or names
Stored telephone numbers can be changed at any time. Please proceed as
follows:

Press the appropriate initial letter on the keypad or use
the Jog dial to select the telephone numbers. Telephone number

Now enter the new name. By repeatedly pressing the C
button, you can delete the name letter by letter.
Alternatively, use the Jog dial to make changes within the
name.

button, you can delete the individual digits. Alternatively,
use the Jog dial to make changes within the number.
The changes are saved by pressing the YES button Gespeichert – Name:
Now select another number for changing if required or exit
the menu with the
NO button.
