A. Please follow the instructions: 

Display shows: 

Press the 

ENTER

 button. 

Call-by-call Nr: 

Now press one of the previously 
entered access numbers by pressing 
the numbers 1, 2 or 3. 

Selected call-by-call number. 

Confirm the selection with 

YES

.

Now press the buttons with the 
appropriate letters to select the number 
from the phone book and/or search for 
the right number using the Jog dial. 

Stored phone number with name. 

Press the 

ENTER

 button to call the 

selected number. 

"ON LINE“ and the selected access 
number and telephone number. 

4.5 Muting 

You can switch off the microphone during a call using the mute button. It is thus 
possible to speak without the other party hearing you. The loudspeaker remains 
switched on and you can continue to hear the other party. You can use the 
mute button during a call both with the receiver and with the handsfree facility. 

If you want to switch the microphone off, press the   button. The indicator 
light shows that mute has been selected. 
To switch the microphone on again, press the   button once more. 

4.6 

Adjustable Call Tone 

You can use the “RING” slide switch on the under side of your telephone to 
select the settings 

 (soft) or 

 (loud) to adapt the ringer volume to your 

requirements. If you ever do not want to be disturbed, use the 

 (off) position.
